Sorry about that! If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, click the “Contact Us” link on the footer and provide us with your name, order number and the item(s) you’re missing or received by accident. We’ll handle the issue ASAP!
No worries! All of our bracelets and accessories have 90 days warranty, which means we’ll replace the damaged item within 90 days from the time of receiving. To get a replacement, click the “Contact Us” link below and send us your name, shipping address, order number (if available) and a picture of your damaged item.
> Three exceptions:
We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.
If a bracelet has been altered in any way (i.e. if you cut, shortened, or re-burned the strings or edges), we can’t replace the item.
> If you have not received your order within the timeframe established for international shipping, you might want to check with your neighbors to ensure the package wasn't mistakenly placed nearby. Occasionally, carriers leave a package at a door nearby in error.
> If you're unable to locate the package, contact us using the "Contact Us" link and provide us with your name, shipping address, the email used to place your order, and order number. We'll look into the matter as soon as possible!
We have several warehouses. when we received your order, we will select the best warehouse to process your order. But some times, the two/ several items do not in the same warehouse, so we will ship the two/ several items from different warehouses.
About that, we recommend you contact us with order numbers.
> If the item do not ship yet, we can change the shipping address/ size for you.
Generally, we will ship the item within 2 business days. If you find that you enter a wrong shipping address or size, please contact us immediately. Once we find that package do not ship yet, we will process the issue.
